Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for memberships and other paid services from Association for Holistic & Non-Invasive Esthetics, LLC.
Membership subscriptions
Membership subscription fees (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed; the current period is not refunded.
Championship participation & judging fees
Championship participation fees and judging fees are one-time charges. If you voluntarily withdraw, you may request a full refund only before the contest's submission deadline. After the submission deadline no refund is available, because judging is underway and the service has been consumed.
If the Association cancels a championship, every paid participant and judge receives a full refund, regardless of timing.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor. You agree to this Refund Policy at checkout for every paid service.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly and we will review the charge.
